Business Intelligence Analyst - 12 month FTC
We are looking for a highly analytical and commercially minded Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Operations Business Intelligence team. Reporting to the Operations Business Intelligence Team Leader, you will play a key role in delivering actionable insights that drive improvements across customer experience, regulatory compliance, operational performance, and financial outcomes. Through the analysis of complex business data, you will identify opportunities, risks, and trends, providing clear recommendations that support strategic decision-making and business growth.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, influencing stakeholders, and turning data into meaningful business outcomes. Working closely with teams across the organisation, you will lead business analysis activities, develop robust analytical models, and present insights to senior stakeholders, helping shape initiatives that enhance efficiency, reduce risk, and improve service for our customers.
What skills/experience do I need to be successful?
Proven experience applying business analysis techniques to complex business scenarios, translating data into actionable insights and recommendations;
Strong ability to identify opportunities for process improvement, operational efficiencies, and risks that could impact business performance, customer outcomes, or regulatory compliance;
Experience presenting analytical findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels, influencing decision-making through clear and effective communication;
Good knowledge of business analysis methodologies, business intelligence tools, supporting technologies, and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
