VP Transformation - Energy
This is a brand-new role, where you will have the opportunity to play a major role shaping our future success.
You will lead our enterprise-wide transformation agenda—driving alignment, structure, and execution across a global portfolio of change initiatives.
This pivotal role ensures that all transformation efforts are tightly linked to the company’s strategic priorities, turning ambition into action through a well-defined roadmap, disciplined governance, and measurable outcomes.
Key to your success is the establishment of a Transformation Management Office which will work seamlessly with the IT PMO team to oversee technology-enabled transformation.
You will also develop and embed robust frameworks, governance structures, and best practice methodologies to enhance enterprise capability, build a culture of continuous improvement, and ensure efficient portfolio prioritisation.
By developing strong relationships with senior leaders and engaging stakeholders across functions and regions, you will drive change adoption, champion collaboration, and embed a transformation mindset across the organisation.
What skills/experience do I need to be successful?
- Proven experience leading large-scale, cross-functional transformation programmes in complex or high-growth environments;
- Strong expertise in transformation governance, portfolio management, and investment prioritisation, with the ability to structure clear decision-making and accountability frameworks;
- Familiarity with business architecture and transformation methodologies (e.g. PRINCE2, MSP), with experience building enterprise-wide transformation capabilities.
