Pricing & Proposition Analyst
We are looking for a commercially minded Pricing & Proposition Analyst to join our sales & marketing team. This role will play a key part in shaping customer-centric pricing strategies and compelling energy propositions that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Sitting at the intersection of marketing, pricing, and product development, this role requires an individual who can blend data-driven insights with creative thinking to develop competitive, innovative energy propositions that resonate with customers.
You will work closely with sales teams to ensure our product offering are both commercially competitive and aligned with our customer value proposition.
What skills/experience do I need to be successful?
- Marketing-led commercial experience in pricing, propositions, or product development within energy, telecoms, financial services, or another regulated industry;
- Strong analytical skills with experience using market research, customer data, and competitor analysis to shape propositions;
- Ability to translate complex pricing strategies into customer-friendly messaging and marketing materials;
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including marketing, pricing, marketing, and sales;
- Excellent storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling commercial narratives;
- Strong understanding of customer segmentation, behavioral insights, and proposition development.
