Senior Pricing & Structuring Analyst - 24 month FTC
The Senior Pricing & Structuring Analyst will focus on building and maintaining pricing modelling capabilities to independently value and determine the appropriate level of the value stack for PPAs sourced from originated channels, alongside ensuring transfer pricing of energy-related cost elements are optimised for the downstream business. The role demands autonomy and a commercial mindset, enabling the individual to value complex deals without reference.
The role will also support wider strategic initiatives, including the valuation of complex deal structuring to drive profitability and growth.
What skills/experience do I need to be successful?
- Significant experience and solid commercial understanding in a trading environment, with a strong track record of performance;
- Experience in PPA structuring and valuation , including the ability to independently value complex deals without needing external references;
- Advanced knowledge of statistical modelling in a programming language, preferably Python;
- Strong understanding of all electricity markets, including wholesale, balancing, capacity, and ancillary services and their implications for both upstream and downstream;
- Proficient IT skills, ideally including SQL, REST API, Version Control, Cloud database, Cloud deployment;
- Strong communicator with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, facilitating informed decision-making.
