What skills/experience do I need to be successful?

• Proven track record in successfully delivering medium - large IT projects;
• CRM and transformation project delivery experience;
• Experience of delivering projects addressing integrations between systems
  and the data complexities inherent in that;
• Experience working with IT vendors, building successful partnerships, and
  assuring IT change;
• Experience of managing stakeholders across all levels within IT and the
  business.
