In this new, pivotal role you will be responsible for all contracting and deal life cycle processes for our Trading Team as we continue to grow.  

How will I spend my time in this role?

• Support Trading to ensure contract execution accuracy, identifying and raising improvement suggestions for policies and processes;

• Management of all standard contractual documentation for Trading, including quarterly reviews with Legal & Compliance and annual updates;
• Management of all key governance documentation for Trading, to ensure all are up to date, controlled and used correctly;
• You will develop, negotiate and manage the approval of non-standard transactions alongside the Contracts Manager.

What skills/experience do I need to be successful?

Experience in managing contracts, preferably within the energy trading sector; 

Experience working with legal and compliance teams to ensure all contractual documentation meets regulatory standards.

Hybrid working typically means 2 days in the office location listed on this advert and 3 days working at home each week. Some occasional travel to our other offices may be required.
