Direct Sales Team Leader - Energy
£35,000-£40,000
In this vital, high-profile position you will manage and drive sales productivity within the internal sales team.
Success in this role will see the team grow, in terms of sales output as well as in capability. As their day to day leader, you will manage all aspects of performance and create an outstanding team.
This is a hybrid working role with 4 days in the Manchester office a week and 1 day at home.
How will I spend my time in this role?
- Coaching & developing the internal sales team to exceed targets;
- Share performance data to the leadership team, adding insight and value to business planning;
- Monthly 1:1s with direct reports, driving engagement and personal development;
- Recruitment & onboarding of new starters, building a high performing team;
- Update team on Industry & Internal changes, promoting Energy Expertise.
What skills/experience do I need to be successful?

Previous experience leading and developing successful sales teams, preferably in the energy industry.
