Salesforce Administrator Team Leader - 12 Month FTC
You will be responsible for developing and managing the Salesforce Administrator Team for our global organisation.
How will I spend my time in this role?
- Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce Administrators to ensure efficient and effective use of Salesforce across the organisation;
- Oversee and monitor the the use of declarative Salesforce features, including objects, page layouts, fields, workflows, validation rules, process automation, and reports;
- Continuously assess and optimize the Salesforce platform in conjunction with Global Product Owners and the business for performance, data quality, and efficiency;
- Lead or participate in Salesforce-related projects, including system implementations, upgrades, and integrations with other enterprise applications;
- Lead a team to design and implement advanced automation tools, such as Process Builder, Flow, omni scrip components, Data raptors and Integration procedures;
- Ensure data integrity by establishing and maintaining data governance practices, handling data imports/exports, and managing data quality;
- Develop complex reports, dashboards, and KPIs to provide actionable insights to stakeholders and senior management.
What skills/experience do I need to be successful?
- You will have experience leading a Salesforce Administration Team;
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201) required.

Hybrid working typically means 2 days in the office location listed on this advert and 3 days working at home each week. Some occasional travel to our other offices may be required.
