The Role

This is a key role in the success of our company in 2025 and in the coming years. A rare opportunity for you to shape Credit Risk at Smartest, in the UK and beyond.

You will Manage and our Credit Risk Transformation Project by working closely with colleagues across the business and developing strategies to implement new processes or systems, and work with internal / external IT developers to ensure the design and solutions are implemented successfully.

How will I spend my time in this role?

• Outline our existing Credit Risk framework;
• Analyse the current business credit operations and requirements to identify areas for additional improvement, identifying problems and recommending solutions;
• Monitor and evaluate progress;
• Coordinate and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure that the solutions meet business requirements;

What skills/experience do I need to be successful?

• Extensive experience in Risk Reporting;
• System development or Project Management experience or Credit Risk Management experience in trading company is advantageous.
