Channel Development Manager
Are you ready to take on an exciting role where you'll manage a portfolio of Broker relationships, drive sales, and identify key growth opportunities for SEBL (Smartest Energy Business Limited)?
As the first point of contact for new Brokers, you'll ensure a seamless onboarding while delivering exceptional customer service. You'll work closely with the Head of Sales to manage Broker performance, respond to bespoke pricing requests, and support the launch of new products and services. With a focus on hitting personal sales targets, you'll also play a key role in providing aftersales support, maintaining compliance, and attending client meetings and networking events to foster strong business relationships.
Please note this role also comes with commission with OTE each year of circa £20k.
What skills/experience do I need to be successful?
- Substantial experience in sales or relationship management role;
- Energy industry experience;
- Understanding of the energy Broker sector and dynamics around it.
