We are a successful global group operating in Australia, the UK, and the US, specializing in trading and supplying renewable power to business consumers. Our “Global Trading Hub Strategy” leverages the UK’s strong trading capabilities to expand into new markets.
You will be responsible for leading and transforming our treasury function.
How will I spend my time in this role?
- Manage the group’s liquidity facility of close to £1bn, ensuring optimal utilization and cost-effectiveness.;
- Implement the group’s capital management strategy to support growth and expansion;
Drive initiatives to improve working capital efficiency across the group; - Develop and implement automation initiatives to enhance treasury operations and provide scalability;
- Establish and lead a centre of excellence to support treasury functions across group entities;
- Identify, assess, and manage financial risks, including currency (settlement) and interest rate risks;
- Lead, mentor, and develop the treasury team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
What skills/experience do I need to be successful?
- Experience in a senior treasury leadership role;
- Extensive experience in managing large-scale global liquidity facilities and working capital improvements.

What does hybrid working mean to us?
Hybrid working typically means 2 days in the office location listed on this advert and 3 days working at home each week. Some occasional travel to our other offices may be required.
