Onboarding Executive - 2 year FTC
You will play a key part in the customer journey, ensuring the change of supply process is completed without any delay or exception. This will be achieved by open collaboration at customer handover points, rigorous pre-registration checks of industry data and ‘First bill set-ups’ of Customer and Business billing requirements.
The role also includes an element of ‘Offboarding’, ensuring all relevant industry and customer data is obtained within agreed SLA’s, enabling customers to be final billed within 28 days of leaving our supply.
In this role, you will be involved with the following:
- Manage the Customer Journey handover providing excellent customer service at all times;
- Conduct detailed pre-Registration checks of Industry and Customer Data to ensure valid information is being entered into the our systems;
- Complete an agreed list of ‘Customer Set-up’ requirements;
- Support the design and delivery of welcoming packs to customers containing relevant and useful information about our business;
- Solve any issues quickly and communicate clearly on any issues with internal and external stakeholders;
- Provide a friendly and open Offboarding service with customers with the aim of gathering information to help us build our customer base.
To be successful in this role, you are likely to have the following skills/experience:
- Working as part of a team to deliver excellent levels of Customer Service;
- Experience in handling and validating data with high accuracy;
- Knowledge of the UK Energy Industry desirable but not essential;
- Understanding of the Change of Supply process desirable but not essential.
